Easy tofu dish ~only takes 2 mins
Ever had one of those days.. don’t feel like cooking.. don’t know what to cook.. but still got to cook… This recipe is a life saver.. trust me! so easy and tastes sooooo good! Recipe adapted from here Thank you for sharing 🙂
Ingredients:
1 box of soft tofu ( soft silken tofu)
oyster sauce
dark soy sauce
sesame oil
fried shallots
Chopped fresh scallions
Corriander leaves
Method:
1)Â Put tofu on microwavable plate. Heat up for 2 mins (This can be omitted if u like it as a cold dish)
2) Put 2 talespoons of oyster sauce ( or to your liking), dark soy sauce and some sesame oil on top
3) Garnish with fried shallots, scallions and corriander leaves
That’s the wonderful dish! Fragant and yummy! 😀 Most importantly FAST and fuss free!
