Fried eggs with chives

This is a very easy recipe which I LOVE . In teochew, we call chives “Gu Cai” Chives have a unique scent – quite stinky, smells like fart! However, after cooking, it mks food fragrant! 🙂

Ingredients:

Handful of chives
Salt
Pepper
3 eggs

Method
1) Beat eggs. Season eggs with salt and pepper.

2) Wash chive and slice into small pieces ( about 1 cm)

3) Heat up pan. Put 2 tablespoon oil. Stir fry chives with some garlic and a pinch of salt. You should smell the aroma of the chives

4) Add in the eggs.

5) Cook till eggs are bright yellow. DONE 🙂

Delicious dish in 10 mins!
