Rasberry Jelly Roll ( Swiss Roll)

Made this today! Looks yummy? haha…Followed the super simple recipe here I used Rasberry Jam as the spread ( Good way to make use of ‘not so nice’ jam.. heh) I didn’t sprinkle any powdered sugar as we wanna eat healthy. In fact, the jelly roll taste sweet already! FYI, the jam used for the spread is ‘NO SUGAR’ jam

When cake is taken out of the oven –

Invert it on a clean kitchen cloth –

Roll it up as tightly as possible, put on a plate and refrigerate for 45mins to 1hr –
