BUT this time.. I decided to cook it differently&#8230; <\/p>\n<p>Found the receipe on <a href=\"http:\/\/www.noobcook.com\/aglio-olio-with-prawns\/\">noobcook<\/a> ( My insipiration for cooking!) I modified the recipe slightly as I like my food to have some vege. I also added some shredded chicken as they were left over from previous night&#8217;s dinner.<\/p>\n<p><br clear=\"all\" \/><br \/>\n<a href=\"http:\/\/199.96.156.76\/~binghuan\/food_6eptember\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/04\/aglio.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-1482\" title=\"aglio\" src=\"http:\/\/199.96.156.76\/~binghuan\/food_6eptember\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/04\/aglio.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"404\" height=\"404\" srcset=\"https:\/\/food.6eptember.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/04\/aglio.jpg 404w, https:\/\/food.6eptember.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/04\/aglio-150x150.jpg 150w, https:\/\/food.6eptember.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/04\/aglio-300x300.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 404px) 100vw, 404px\" \/><\/a><br \/>\n<br clear=\"all\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Adopted from <a href=\"http:\/\/www.noobcook.com\">Noobcook<\/a><\/p>\n<p><strong>Ingredients<\/strong>(Serves 2)<\/p>\n<p>A handfull of spaghetti<br \/>\n1-2 tbsp olive oil<br \/>\n2 tbsp chopped garlic<br \/>\n12 large prawns\/shrimps (shells &#038; veins removed)<br \/>\n1 tbsp of dried basil (use fresh basil if possible, it will be more aromatic)<br \/>\n1 Cup spinach leaves<br \/>\nRed Pepper flakes (optional)<br \/>\nShredded chicken (prepared beforehand, optional)<br \/>\nSea salt<\/p>\n<p>Directions<\/p>\n<p>1. Add some vegetable oil and salt to a pot of water, and boil the spaghetti till al dente (according to the instructions on the package). Drain &#038; set aside.<br \/>\n2. In a saucepan (medium flame), heat olive oil and stir fry chopped garlic, basil and chilli flakes till they are infused with the oil.<br \/>\n3. Add the prawns and stir fry till they are cooked.<br \/>\n4. Add in spinach and shredded chicken. Toss in the pasta and stir evenly.<br \/>\n5. Season with salt (about 1\/2 tsp and add more if needed) and stir well.
