In teochew, we call chives &#8220;Gu Cai&#8221; Chives have a unique scent &#8211; quite stinky, smells like fart! However, after cooking, it mks food fragrant! \ud83d\ude42<\/p>\n<p><strong>Ingredients:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Handful of chives<br \/>\nSalt<br \/>\nPepper<br \/>\n3 eggs<\/p>\n<p><strong>Method<\/strong><br \/>\n1) Beat eggs. Put 2 tablespoon oil. Stir fry chives with some garlic and a pinch of salt. You should smell the aroma of the chives<\/p>\n<p>4) Add in the eggs.<\/p>\n<p>5) Cook till eggs are bright yellow. DONE \ud83d\ude42<\/p>\n<p>Delicious dish in 10 mins! <\/p>\n<p>Great for lunchbox too.
