Love the crispy outside layer of the cake and how it rise! Super ez to bake..I mean what can go wrong with baking Butter Pound cake? haha \ud83d\ude42<\/p>\n<p>The only thing is&#8230;.. BUT I looked high and low and I just can&#8217;t find &#8216;Pandan Paste\/leaves&#8221; I shall keep looking..<\/p>\n<p>This is the recipe I followed -\u00c2 it&#8217;s a recipe book which came together with my Kitchenaid mixer<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/199.96.156.76\/~binghuan\/food_6eptember\/wp-content\/uploads\/2010\/04\/P1080243.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-1413\" title=\"P1080243\" src=\"http:\/\/199.96.156.76\/~binghuan\/food_6eptember\/wp-content\/uploads\/2010\/04\/P1080243.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"433\" height=\"271\" srcset=\"https:\/\/food.6eptember.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2010\/04\/P1080243.jpg 433w, https:\/\/food.6eptember.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2010\/04\/P1080243-300x187.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 433px) 100vw, 433px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>I\u00c2 made minor changes. Put 1 3\/4 cups of sugar instead &#8211; 2 cups just feel\u00c2 too sweet. I didn&#8217;t use any almond extract.
