Oven baked Hailbut Steak

Ingredients:

Lemon juice from 1/2 a lemon
Salt for seasoning
Pepper for seasoning
2 tablespoons Extra virgin olive oil

Method:
1) Squeeze juice out of the lemon in a bowl. Mix salt, pepper, olive oil with lemon juice.

2) Marinate fish (both sides) with the sauce. You don’t need to finish the whole bowl of sauce.

3) Pre bake oven to 425F. Put fish in oven for 10-12 mins.

4) Done! Pour remaining sauce on fish. Ganish with scallions and parsley if u like
